Colorado should share best practices with America on voting by mail. It actually works here, no rampant fraud, simply folks exercising their constitutional right to vote. The Trump talk, attempting to suppress people from voting by mail is rubbish. I live in Colorado, voting by mail is not a vast wasteland of duplicity. The only thing Trump needs to suppress is COVID-19, not votes.
