Major League Baseball Goes Mile High

Major League Baseball moved their All-Star game to Denver, Colorado due to the new Jim Crow era voting law restrictions in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Mile High City may not have a lot of melanin, but it does have mail in voting. No jellybeans to count, and no crimes against voter hydration, or automatic voter registration.

States passing anti democratic voting laws should know they are striking out. America’s pastime has spoken, and it’s past time for eliminating voter suppression. Batter up, time to get the For The People Act passed. Democracy is on deck.

The US Senate once held hearings to get steroids out of baseball, now they need to make it a priority to get suppression out of voting. Let’s give Republicans the Pete Rose treatment, cheating is not allowed in America’s elections.

“I am very proud to be an American. This country has so much potential, I’d just like to see things better, or whatever, and I think it will be.” Hank Aaron
