The Scarf: Virus Accessory

The scarf, finds its origins in ancient Egypt, with Queen Nefertiti, who it is believed, layered woven scarves with her jeweled headpieces. Nefertiti reigned during one of the wealthiest eras in ancient Egypt. If her long sought after tomb is ever discovered, there will be scarves among the jewels. The regal, yet humble scarf continues to reign. Whether it is cashmere, silk, or fleece, a scarf may be commonly found in a variety of wardrobes, worn regularly as an accessory. Today, the scarf became a recommended accessory for the public during the coronavirus pandemic, according to President Trump, who added, some scarves are thick. However, it’s up to the American people to procure our own pandemic pashmina.
