Taking a page from Trump oppo Putin, Barr has enforced his own psychological dossier on Americans, by planting false statements regarding the Mueller Report, prior to the Mueller report release, in order to cement the first impression flag in the minds of Americans. The goal, play with the mind, distract from the truth. He wants to make people think their minds are playing tricks on them.
