Shower after flying

After you have returned from holiday travel, hopefully surviving the breaking of bread, without a breakdown or breaking apart relationships – take a deep breath, put down your bags, remove your shoes, and take a shower immediately. Although you made your way through flight delays, and the layover labyrinth fairly unscathed, or so you think,  Well + Good has reporting on the bacteria and fungi, you bring back with you after a flight. Therefore, no matter how exhausted or fatigued you are after travel, shower before collapsing on the sofa or bed. Don’t give yourself, or your home, the gift of unwanted microbiome. Germs fly the friendly skies too. Spread gratitude not germs.
