Alas, utilizing context clues, even those of us not floating in the monetary magic of the financial bubble, know the meaning. Skiing is an activity not readily available or accessible due to a number of factors, however cost is a key element. It makes sense that the financial world would incorporate skiing into their colloquial speech. Now we hear the phrase from a plethora of pundits pining to project pecuniary panache.
