Spoiler Alert: At the Democratic presidential debate, on Tuesday, all of the candidates are white. Bonus, the focus the nation has on Iowa, is basically a focus on an all white demographic. To paraphrase Chris Rock on race in America, “If it’s all white, then it’s alright.” Let’s reflect on the much talked about “forgotten white man,” and of course, the historically ignored, white woman, how will our white brothers and sisters ever receive their rightful place in leadership positions?
