You get a wall, and you get a wall, everyone gets a wall

Building is visibly a prominent factor in Colorado, cranes appear to be permanent, in the outline of the Denver skyline. As a Denver resident, one may attest to the fact that there are indeed conspicuous construction projects underway. Having said that, it was confounding to hear the current “President” proclaim that a wall is being built in Colorado. Hmmm. Colorado does not border Mexico, and at his rally, the “President” truly left the impression that he did not know this. After facts regarding geography were explained to the “President” confirming, Colorado does not border Mexico, he then claimed he was kidding. We all enjoy a good joke, however, in this case, there’s no joke being delivered, only more factually inaccurate statements, exaggeration, and false promises. Granted, there are vast swaths of beige in Colorado, perhaps a stylish, polychromatic wall would add a splash of decor color.

“And we’re building a wall in Colorado, we’re building a beautiful wall, a big one that really works, and you can’t get over it, and you can’t under it,” said Trump, to cheers and a standing ovation.
