Thurgood Marshall argued before the Supreme Court to end segregation, Ted Cruz wants to argue the Supreme Court to end democracy

Democracy denier Donald, wants the Supreme Court to hear a case comprised of manure instead of merit. He is pushing the fruitless Texas lawsuit, “suing” other states in order to overturn the election, so he retains power.

Thurgood Marshall was asked to argue before the Supreme Court to desegregate public schools, winning the historic and ground breaking case, Brown v. Board of Education in 1954.

In an effort to nullify the will of American voters, Donald asked Ted Cruz to argue before the Supreme Court for democracy to be overthrown. The stench from Donald’s swamp is wafting throughout America, along with airborne droplets from his holiday parties.
