Lilly Ledbetter remains a strong voice for pay equality. Ledbetter and President Obama’s collaborative work reflect that pay equality is a fundamental element for men and women.

Men are vital advocates in resolving the wage gap, encouraging pay transparency, and ensuring equal pay for equal work. Be an ally not an asshole. Stand with women.
