Aggrieved white people are fighting to keep the good old days of “American family values” alive and well. No wonder Republicans are trying not to teach American history in public schools, America has a racist past and that may make some white folks feel bad. One cannot wear the white hood and the white hat at the same time.
Of course, not all Republicans are bigoted, racist, sexist, greedy, corrupt, democracy killing Trump loyalists. Having said that, it sure is odd so many Republicans refuse to take action and put democracy first by actually protecting The People’s right to choose our elected officials. Even more peculiar is the Republican Party silence on white supremacy and domestic terrorism, which has increased dramatically.
