Income Inequality

Corporate power is obstreperous in America. CEO pay increases, while wages for workers languish. Abigail Disney, granddaughter of Roy Disney, pens facts to power, regarding income inequality, with a Washington Post op-ed on Disney’s generous pay to its CEO, highlighting pay inequity in America.

Trump/Republican Tax cuts embraced the wealthy with a huge shahtoosh hug, exhausting the financial crush, that’s overwhelming working people, like skunk cabbage in the spreading swamp of Trump world, where mercenary motivation is doctrine. Wealthy executives rarely venture out of the ivory tower, failing to accept, few will be able to afford their respective products, as income inequality expands. Along with healthcare and a nest egg, vacation is not part of the working person’s world.

“Up where they walk
Up where they run
Up where they stay all day in the sun
Wanderin’ free
Wish I could be
Part of that world”
