If there were ever a time to be united, to stand together, to support one another, it’s now. When you tear down another Black woman, you are tearing down part of yourself. I understand the pain of hoping for the support of Black women, only to have that support superseded by sabotage or shame. Rise up and give a shout out to another Black woman, her shine will not dim your light. The joy of having Black women witness your experiences, support you, and protect you is irreplaceable. We need each other.
