Blue skies ahead

America voted and to quote The First Lady of Song, Ella Fitzgerald, “Blue skies, smilin’ at me, nothin’ but blue skies, do I see.”

The much talked about blue wave is clearly of greater magnitude than anticipated. America’s lucid expression at the ballot box is undeniable.

Now is no time to stop moving ahead.

As Curtis Mayfield put it, “Keep on pushin’ I’ve got to keep on pushin’ I can’t stop now. Move up a little higher. Someway or somehow. ‘Cause I’ve got my strength, and it don’t make sense, not to keep on pushin’.”

We must not let stonewalls stop us – onward movement.

Ensure every vote, everywhere is counted.
