I’m not an ambassador, diplomat, or a military expert. Having said that…respectfully it does seem like world powers could and should somehow do more for Ukraine. Sanctions did not stop the largest nuclear power plant in Europe from being shelled. The world is watching…literally. It’s clear Putin does not care about international law. This is absolute terror, yet that seems to be Putin’s point, to terrorize and take. How in the hell does one negotiate with an isolated reckless sociopath?
