Climate activist, Greta Thunberg, is keeping her eyes on the prize, through blurring bright lights of media attention, and through a bombastic bully, Trump, current occupant of the White House. 16-year old Greta Thunberg, is the 2019 Time Magazine Person of the Year, for her unflinching climate activism. The world must work together on immediate tangible action regarding climate change. Full stop. The science on climate change is alarming, yet Donald Trump, denies climate science, describing it as a hoax. Nonetheless, Trump, true to his nature, attacked Greta Thunberg on Twitter, after she was recognized as the 2019 Time Magazine Person of the Year. No worries, we all have Greta’s back, with our Forever First Lady, Michelle Obama, defending Greta, as well. Perhaps Trump is acting out of jealousy, after all, Trump faked a Time Magazine cover. And we all know he doesn’t like losing, much less to a girl. We must keep the focus on climate change, don’t fall for the meretricious distraction of Trump, whose self-imposed isolation from facts, is placing the Planet in peril.
I absolutely think that this wave of hatred towards GT is yet another diversion tactic to difuse attention from what really matters.
