Trump pushes religious indoctrination…Christianity of course

The “Choosen One” a.k.a Donald Trump has decreed that federal employees can pray, preach, and push their religion on other people. It’s wild how white Evangelicals have sold their souls to Donald. Yet, it just might be worth it for them…they’ve received Supreme Court Justices, the overturning of Roe v. Wade, with the overturning of same sex marriage on the way.

Donald is a big fan of Jesus and his dad, God. Which tracks, Jesus was a carpenter and Donald likes talking about building things. Although Donald would deport Jesus immediately if he ever saw Him. Jesus would be called racist names, forced to shave, publicly shamed for only having 12 followers, and put on plane to Sudan. Not to mention, Donald’s loyalty test means being loyal to Donald over God.

Let’s not forget that the cross worn by MAGA Republicans these days is for decorative purposes only. I’m pretty sure the Bible has strong statements on how hard it is for a rich man to get into Heaven, how to treat the poor, the sick, how to treat your neighbors, and to not fuck other peoples wives. However, the Trump Bible doesn’t include these items.

People still use religion to justify the unjust. Remember, slavery was justified by slave owners as God’s will. Slave owners even ripped pages out of the Bible to keep their hellfire, horrific, hypocritical, inhuman, free labor gambit going. And, look at the light Black people created with that force fed Christianity…belief means different things to different people.

Workplace conversation is bad enough, do not add religion into the mix. Please keep your Kool-Aid ideology and Wiccan ways to yourself. We must recognize that this is about pleasing white Evangelicals. It is doubtful that pushing your religion if Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, or an L. Ron Hubbard fan, are religions this Trump decree is encouraging.

Separation of church and state matters. But, then again so does the Constitution and that gets shat on daily.

Religion is like a pair of shoes…..Find one that fits for you, but don’t make me wear your shoes. George Carlin
