Some would love for this profound shift across the country to be explained away as a honeymoon.
However, this is not a fucking honeymoon, this is not temporary. Americans see that we can secure democracy. We see that we can secure freedom. Americans know that voting for Kamala Harris is voting for democracy – it is voting for freedom.
It feels a lot like 2008. But, we are not in 2008. Nor are we in 2016. We are in 2024. We have progressed and we continue to progress.
America is excited for a Harris presidency. Reassured that freedom will still ring. Confident that democracy will remain intact. Assured that our economy will be for all not oligarchs, assured that our access to healthcare will be guaranteed, that science is respected not shunned, and that our foundational connection to NATO will remain sound. America is determined and enthusiastic to vote in November for Kamala Harris. She will be President.
Some are desperate to impede progression, to halt evolution…just remember, you decay and deteriorate without progress…you become stale and stagnant. America is moving forward.
This is not a honeymoon…this is progress. It will not dissipate in a couple weeks. It’s here…it’s happening. Embrace it.
