Remember when Federalist Society appointed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, flubbed up the swearing in of President Barack Obama? Well, word on the street is, the “flub” was not a flub at all, but rather supreme sabotage to negate an Obama presidency. Republicans believed that not administering a real oath would mean no real Obama presidency. Ironic, a textualist who couldn’t read the text. Oops.
