25 years ago on September 11, an event of historical horror took place. Amid the horror of planes highjacked by terrorists, then weaponized into missiles that forever changed skylines and souls, Canada stood by America, immediately providing food and shelter in the face of fear and sadness.
Today, as Americans honor and remember September 11, let’s also include in our honor and remembrance, those who acted with humanity instead of hate.
