Which begs the question…would the fictional character, Brig. General Jack D. Ripper in Stanley Kubrick’s, Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, be a better choice? His view about fluoride and bodily fluids is on par with RFK Jr.
