Donald sure is taking America back…to a disgraceful era of segregation. Republicans are trying to erase civil rights progress with unrestrained vengeance.
Not long ago in America, there were laws prohibiting people of different colors from interacting together in public spaces. Like, movie theaters, schools, waiting rooms, and bathrooms. American cities displayed signs denoting “white only” and “colored” as segregation was the law.
Chipping away at civil rights by pulling America back to its history of segregation, Donald is getting rid of a segregation ban for federal facilities. Segregation is illegal, at least it is for now. However, this action by the Trump Administration sends an obvious message that civil rights are on the chopping block.
History is not dangerous, not knowing history is.
