Today is the 80th anniversary of Auschwitz liberation. We cannot forget what happened.
Facts are not always fun or flattering. A fact, is a four-letter word to some, whereby facts are not spoken…facts are avoided or denied. Nevertheless, we must acknowledge facts, share facts, and learn from facts, no matter how frightening or foul a fact is.
Over a million human beings were murdered at Auschwitz.
On January 27, 1945 Auschwitz was liberated. Bear witness to facts. We cannot allow focus to be taken off of the facts. Never forget.
