I have painfully learned that living life with any amount of authenticity will present hurt and heartbreak. There will inevitably be those who will sabotage instead of support and lie instead of lift you up. Don’t let sabotage stifle you or allow lies to limit you. Be genuine in spite of it all. The light you walk with in this world reflects and connects. It’s taken me a few decades to get comfortable in my vessel…some days it flows with ease and dexterity, while other days it feels like fruitless effort with no clarity. I now know, it’s not about fitting in. Don’t force your light down, let your light in.
